faqs32Maranatha exists to provide students an academically rigorous university-preparatory education in a distinctly Christian environment of high values, character development, and exceptional student culture.

Type of School: A private university-preparatory school with grades pre-kindergarten through grade 12.

School Year Calendar: Classes begin August 21, 2017 and end May 25, 2018.

Academic Assistance: International students may receive assistance on their school work, including editing and personal tutoring, from our Learning Support Services Center (LSS) and ESL program.

Academic Guidance: Maranatha’s Academic Counseling program works with each student to prepare them for top-level universities and help them stay on task as they work toward their goals. The LSS program also comes along side students to help them excel or improve as they progress throughout the year.

Academic Excellence: With a choice of five Advanced Placement classes and two College in the Schools classes, each student has many options to receive college credits all in the safe environment of the MCA campus.

University Made Available: Our Academic Counselor works with each student to map out a customized plan for university.  Click here to see more information about universities our students have attended.

Housing for Students: All international students is introduced to a caring and loving family that has been interviewed and approved by the MCA staff. Each family is responsible for the student’s transportation to and from school, a room, meals, and assistance in guiding the student through the year.

Total Price: $31,925 USD —includes application fee, enrollment fee, tuition, textbooks, school sponsored activities, room and board, and dress code uniforms for one complete school year.

Accreditation: MCA is recognized by the United States and the State of Minnesota Department of Education and accredited by North Central Association Commission of Accreditation and School Improvement/Division of AdvancedEd, Accreditation International, International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA), and recognized by other leading organizations.
